SMS Messaging Terms

SMS Security; No Legal Advice by Text; No Attorney-Client Relationship. SMS/text messaging is not a secure method of communication and may be read, delayed, misdirected, or intercepted. Do not send sensitive, confidential, or time-sensitive information by text. Text messages are for administrative communications only (e.g., scheduling and general status updates) and are not a substitute for legal advice. Your use of SMS messaging services does not create an attorney-client relationship with Front Door Legal LLC; an attorney-client relationship is formed only through a written engagement agreement signed by you and the Company.

Opt-Out Instructions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to the Company for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if none, $100).
